      Pros

      I had a great experience as an intern. Good working hours, able to learn and propose new things. Everyone that works there is very helpful and nice. Had 2 interviews before getting the internship.

      Cons

      Sometimes a little slow and no many opportunities for jobs later on because they do not have so many job openings.

      Mission driven and people that are very hardworking and want to do their best

      Cons

      The Executive Leadership team needs to be scrutinized. They work against each other and against RA values and devalue the mission of the amazing organization. The answer to every thing is a restructure and reorganization. Very reactive and do not learn from their past mistakes.
