Pros
you can work as little or as much as you like, the office is great and there is free food.
Cons
everything is just so confusing. there is no career plan, no structured criteria on how promotion works, benefits are terrible. C-level executives are not qualified for their positions. They`ve created a standard that does not work and are now trying to figure out how to save the organization. HR is terrible. The organization is too conservative, they pretend they care about D&I but they are way behind. Salaries are also not market standard.
