      The top leadership is strategic but that does not go down to the lower level managers

      Cons

      Managers lack unprofessionalism, the culture is different in various countries. Redundancies are based on what a manager feels rather than performance. The leadership team frowns or looks down on other leaders based on race you can hear it in the tone and condescending manner they speak to people from certain areas .

      Mission driven and people that are very hardworking and want to do their best

      Cons

      The Executive Leadership team needs to be scrutinized. They work against each other and against RA values and devalue the mission of the amazing organization. The answer to every thing is a restructure and reorganization. Very reactive and do not learn from their past mistakes.
