      Pros

      People are smart, go-getters, optimists and dreamers.

      Cons

      Leadership has no idea where they are going, how they are going there. Very sad for the people in the organization. I saw bullying leaders and a lot of "bla, bla, producer centricity, bla" but no true vision, nor adaptative leadership, nor clarity on how to shift directions.

      Mission driven and people that are very hardworking and want to do their best

      Cons

      The Executive Leadership team needs to be scrutinized. They work against each other and against RA values and devalue the mission of the amazing organization. The answer to every thing is a restructure and reorganization. Very reactive and do not learn from their past mistakes.
