      The work is rewarding, and despite the poor work culture, it has a gratifying impact on farmers.

      Cons

      There is no clear direction, constant reorganization, and departments are constantly gaining and losing staff. It's not a place for building a long-term career, or even a medium-term one.

      Mission driven and people that are very hardworking and want to do their best

      Cons

      The Executive Leadership team needs to be scrutinized. They work against each other and against RA values and devalue the mission of the amazing organization. The answer to every thing is a restructure and reorganization. Very reactive and do not learn from their past mistakes.
