Great commission structure as long as you can stick around long enough to accrue a book of commission
Cons
Extremely high turnover is built into the business model. Because they can keep your book of business once you leave, in many ways theyre sort of incentivized to let you go whenever management themselves are held accountable for their teams profitability. Great stop on the way to something else but for most people it won't be a place to ever get comfortable.
