Pros
a) Immigration process b) good pay c) very professional while recruiting and terminating
Cons
a) Pay is good but health insurance are too high b) They will terminate and revoke your H1b if they are not able to find a job for you in 2 weeks after first assignment. c) I saw 5 people (including me) terminated after finishing an assignment without prior communication and H1b revoke letter. d) recruiter will do anything for you to get you on boarded e) No respect for H1b visa holder as recruiter knows we can't do anything to them. f) They will try their best to get you out from country if their sales team unable to find assignment on time. e) I got humiliated in same way and whole management doesn't have ethics to reply my emails or calls. f) They ruined me and my friends full time career due to their client relationship. g) It was my biggest mistake even I was advised by my colleagues. h) don't look for 10-15k more and GC processing as "There is only free lunch in mouse trap"
