      Outstanding training, excellent career path, a company where you can build your own future through hard work. Our mission is to put people to work. It offers the opportunity to learn not just about staffing, but also about every local market industry. You start as a Staffing Consultant and move up the ranks. Randstad focuses on promoting from within. Most executives started in Consultant roles.

      Cons

      I'm not sure I can list any. Results and reliability can really get you anywhere you want in this company. Measure you own ambition and drive. If you are a high performer, Randstad is a great employer for you.

      Contracts your work to reliable clients and supports your efforts while under contract.

      Cons

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
