      Pros

      There is not one thing I could say good about this place, except halfway decent pay. Everyone is replaceable. You are just a number. Don't expect support from leadership. It doesn't happen.

      Cons

      Not enough training for the new employees. Terrible management. They don't want to hear if you are having concerns. Just do your job.

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
