Pros
An excellent opportunity to gain experience in many different skill sets; such as sales, recruiting, marketing, community outreach, account management, safety programs, the list goes on and on.
Cons
After the merge in 2008, Management changed and sales became the #1 priority. PERIOD. Sales expectations continued to increase, as downsizing forced the remaining agents to pick up additional responsibilities. Taking care of existing clients was no longer a priority, only bringing in new clients.
