      Pros

      Nice people to work with. The local office staff is nice and burnt out. Would be successful in different environment.

      Cons

      Terrible internal communication, management has no clue how to coach, train, engage and hold teams accountable. Senior leadership would be lucky to be called half wits. Different levels of management struggle to communicate between departments.
