      Not a ton of growth opportunities Compensation becomes capped quickly Expensive benefits Initiatives are rolled out and expected to be executed immediately with out warning You really have to earn work/life balance

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
