      Pros

      The people. Randstad has a way of finding great talent. Good PTO policy. For producers the comp plan is really good. You can do great as an Account Manager.

      Cons

      Company changed branch end of year quotas with two weeks left in the year and it wasn't communicated. Not something you would expect to see, especially in a sales organization. For a Dutch company, maternity leave is a weak. 1 week paid.

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
