      Pros

      If you want to be lazy and have a job "to get by in life" -- maybe this would be a positive?

      Cons

      Horrible ATS system, lack of teamwork within the branches, the phone systems are so inefficient, managers are the laziest of all the team members, salary is not what is stated, job description is not what you will do on a day-to-day basis and honestly - so much more.
