Pros
Had a lot of positive aspects to the company prior to the economic downturn and may return to that when the economy improves.
Cons
Once the economy tanked so did the company's attitudes towards employees. Became very reactive and lost sight of holding onto current clients in exchange for trying to bring in as many new clients as possible. Upper management lost touch with the realities of the local market and demanded impossible quotas to be met.
