      Office staff friendly, but unwilling & unable to help with issues.

      Cons

      Can not access self service website. Automatically assigned electronic W2 which can not be accessed on the self service system. Extensive hold time of 30+ minutes with corporate every time you need to call and resolve any thing or get any answers. New employer cannot verify employment.

      Contracts your work to reliable clients and supports your efforts while under contract.

      Cons

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
