Pros
Fellow engineers are great to work with, I've developed some good friendships over the time I've worked with them. They always pay on time.
Cons
They don't seem to really value employees/contractors. They're just numbers to them. They talk about improving things, but don't follow through. They under-pay contractors and don't really give proper support, though they are trying to improve in that area. There is a lot of turnover. For the most part, our local management tries to do a good job, but are sometimes understaffed and overworked. They don't seem to have sufficient training to do the job, a mentor would be good.
