      The clients that you find yourself and the candiates

      The culture, NO life/work/balance, micro managed. Nothing is ever enough. Account Management position is like being a telemarketer. 50 outbound calls a day etc. Of course, they don't tell you any of that when you are interviewing.

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
