Pros
Senior management seems focussed on developing young fresh talent. Caring colleagues with a lot of experience. A good learning environment for human resources or the recruitment field.
Cons
There is a disconnect between senior and middle management. Middle management does not seem to have the same focus on career development and training as senior management. In the local office where I worked middle management created and/or encouraged an unprofessional atmosphere through gossip and pettiness.
