Pros
Decent level of work and responsibilities. They are trying to raise the bar as far as training and opportunities. They do provide benefits and W2 contracts.
Cons
Typical contract job - when the work slows down, or a project ends and they can't find you other work, you are gone. Don't expect a raise or promotion. You have to leave first, then they might re-contact you for a higher level if you are lucky. , They haven't actually implemented any substantial improvements for the contractor or even the perm. personnel - at least during my term there.
