Pros
Beyond my entry into the position including the presentation, interview, and compensation/benefits for the temporary-to-permanent position that was offered to me, there were no other pros to report.
Cons
I accepted a temporary-to-permanent position with Randstad that resulted in a 6 week termination due to no marketing personnel, including leadership, offering orientation or guidance for the position I was placed into. After being let go of and agreeing that the placement was not a good fit, it's 6 months later and Randstad has not been lucrative in helping me find employment. Coincidentally, I found employment 2 months later with one of Randstad's staffing competitors. I would not recommend anyone working with Randstad whom is considering staffing needs or employment opportunities.
