Long lunch on Friday High call volume so you are busy all day Millennial office atmosphere You can get referral bonuses if someone you recommend is hired and they stay for at least 90 days Dave and Busters is down the street
Cons
The first year you are there, you are completely number driven, if you don't meet the numbers, you're put on probation and then if you do not improve they ask you nicely to resign. High call volume, you are ALWAYS on the phone They ask you work 7am-7pm the first year you are there, they basically ask you to have no work/life balance Account managers play favorites, if you're not one of them, don't expect to make any deals
