Randstad Offshore Services - 1. Too much favouritism, they hire maximum local people from Hyderabad and there's a lot of groupism one can face. 2. Too much pressure from manager, very rude and unethical behaviour, unnecessary hiring targets and expectations. Doesn't mention anything during the time of interview process. 3. They will rate negatively for performance even if you have given your KPI 4. No automated software, it's all lies in the job description. You have to maintain everything on Excel. 5. Too much of micromanaging, you'll feel like a boarding school. It will be lenient for those only who will please the director. 6. The senior management has no clue what's going in the middle and junior level. They will try to maintain the repo of being MNC. 7. They might layoff anytime without any justification. Very rude behaviour of a few of the recruiters with the candidate. 8. No respect for honest hardwork, the manager will appreciate just one person who pleases him. 9. The manager is holding a position of director without any relevant experience and with job hopping, doesn't know how to handle the team, no empathy, no understanding, no problem solving attitude, very poor listening ability.
