      Good company overall, decent pay and benefits

      Cons

      poorly managed, everything is micromanaged no matter what your position is within the company. They waste more time have meetings about what you aren't doing right vs praising the good things that employees are doing. Every task is micromanaged to the core. Not much room for growth and you feel under valued and under appreciated.

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
