Weekly pay Starting wage $15/hr & increases after training Not required to be on camera after training Various benefits Weekends off (for the client I was trained/worked for)
Cons
Schedule isn't flexible Team Leaders can be just as "new & fresh" to the company as you Lack of communication & knowledge between bottom rung employees & leadership No PTO Lack of work/life balance once training is done Being informed on the last day of training what the production schedule would be & that it won't be changed to fit any accommodations (personal or otherwise)
