      Pros

      The only pros I can think of is that it will make you appreciate being with a better agency.

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement and very high turnover. i was there for only 3 months and in my short time there I saw 4 recruiters leave. The hours are long, the pay is awful, management is horrible and you're expected to send emails letting everyone know you're 'going out for fresh air' or to lunch. No thanks

      Pros

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
