There is nothing I can share positive about working with this company.

Cons

Horrible benefits; treat their employees horribly. One sick day per year (even in emergencies like hospital stays and family emergencies). Healthcare benefits are practically non-existent. I would have to use 1/3 of my salary to pay for the bad coverage they do offer. Executive management has no idea where their company is going and they expect ALL employees to pay for all travel (throughout the U.S., including flights and hotels). They take forever to get reimbursed and employees have to hound HR to get reimbursed. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing in terms of gaining new business and providing good service to the business partners they have.

Me and My friend got our jobs as data scientists with Big banks within two months of joining their training. It feels great to learn new technologies like SAS, R, SPSS, Miner, Python as well as statistical methodologies in finance, retail and healthcare industries. Training is fat-paced and you really have to study 8 hours every day to keep up. The best part was me and my friend studied together and wanted to work together. Marketing team did cooperate with us and only marketed me and my friend to clients with multiple openings. Finally, we both got jobs under same manager. It was good experience overall and made lots of good friends as well. We both even got our H1Bs approved.

Cons

Training is offered only in-classroom.
