Awesome Company for Data Science

Pros

Me and My friend got our jobs as data scientists with Big banks within two months of joining their training. It feels great to learn new technologies like SAS, R, SPSS, Miner, Python as well as statistical methodologies in finance, retail and healthcare industries. Training is fat-paced and you really have to study 8 hours every day to keep up. The best part was me and my friend studied together and wanted to work together. Marketing team did cooperate with us and only marketed me and my friend to clients with multiple openings. Finally, we both got jobs under same manager. It was good experience overall and made lots of good friends as well. We both even got our H1Bs approved.

Cons

Training is offered only in-classroom.

Training - Exceptionally good compared to other companies in same industry Trainer - In-Depth knowledge of the subject matter and available all time for your queries People - Very Courteous, understanding and willing to work with you to have you climb up the ladder Ethic - The best Code of Ethic I have ever seen being practiced. PROMISED WELL KEPT..... STARTED MY PROJECT WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF TRAINING

Cons

Process - Lengthier compare to others but very detailed so at times it becomes over-whelming. HR - Tough cookie to break but will make sure all employees are treated equaly

Pros

This is a small icc. But people there are really nice. They solve any problem for you. And they paid really high comparing with other icc. Nice experience.

Cons

It needs some time before you get a project.
