Rang has been a Great Experience to work with. With all Aspect in terms of Atmosphere, Management and Benefits it is always has given the same what employees are looking for. As per the Management it is Democratic in style, the manager allows the employees to take part in decision-making and make them feel as a member of family and as per the Growth aspects as well Rang Gives the best platform to their potential employees to grow with.

Me and My friend got our jobs as data scientists with Big banks within two months of joining their training. It feels great to learn new technologies like SAS, R, SPSS, Miner, Python as well as statistical methodologies in finance, retail and healthcare industries. Training is fat-paced and you really have to study 8 hours every day to keep up. The best part was me and my friend studied together and wanted to work together. Marketing team did cooperate with us and only marketed me and my friend to clients with multiple openings. Finally, we both got jobs under same manager. It was good experience overall and made lots of good friends as well. We both even got our H1Bs approved.

Cons

Training is offered only in-classroom.
