      Pros

      Great client base and a lot of new roles to work on. The work environment is very dynamic.

      Cons

      The management needs to change in Indian(RPO). Senior's micro manages their juniors, and the senior management has their "favorites." They have a list of KPI on every desk, but none including the senior management follows it.

      Helpful when certain queries were raised, especially if it would affect your contract

      Cons

      Did not value you as an employee. Constantly said they were on your side but lowballed your pay. Lied about start date, saying manager required it to be soon, when manager did not.
