      Pros

      I found the company and the agents that I dealt with to be Friendly. This made it easier to talk on the phone the several times we did talk

      Cons

      I found that the information that was given to me about a possible position was not truthful. They would know the pay range and work shifts they are trying to fill before candidates go through the interviewing process. However, they told me a TOTALLY different set of information. Unethical business practices

      After applying for a job by this company, it took 3-months (& LOTS of wrangling with my "personal consultant") before I was hired; it might have taken longer if I kept waiting to be contacted. The consultants seem to work at a glacial pace, satisfied with sitting around waiting for their clients to get back to them, instead of working in their candidates' best interest. On the contrary when it came to interviews, the consultants made sure to diligently "hold my hand" to make sure all went well -- my guess is they were making sure to protect their reputation. And don't get me started on their handling of the OnBoarding process...I may as well have gone into their office and get paid for doing their job for them!

      Please avoid this staffing company. It costs employers good candidates and it costs employees decent pay. They underpay compared to other staffing agencies for the same role. Always shop around for the best hourly rate before giving your right to represent to Rangam

      Cons

      Avoid at all costs. Don’t fall for the sweet talk. This staffing agency underpays consultants by a big percentage.
