      The position was remote and depending on the department determines the management type (good or bad)

      Cons

      Poor Upper Management - say they care and promote family first but use contractors weakness to keep as a tool to keep them from asking for a rate increase. Which is sad because the owners are wonderful people.

      Helpful when certain queries were raised, especially if it would affect your contract

      Cons

      Did not value you as an employee. Constantly said they were on your side but lowballed your pay. Lied about start date, saying manager required it to be soon, when manager did not.
