      Had more creative freedom, was able to work without any pressure, and received advice and encouragement from upper management. They are very quick to respond to questions and concerns about projects.

      Cons

      Would wound up with a heavier workload and would often do larger projects on the weekends in order to not miss deadlines.

      Helpful when certain queries were raised, especially if it would affect your contract

      Cons

      Did not value you as an employee. Constantly said they were on your side but lowballed your pay. Lied about start date, saying manager required it to be soon, when manager did not.
