Rangam abuses the federal government system of grants and contracts, and uses tax break loopholes to employ "people with disabilities". The rest are India-based, being paid pennies on the dollar. Case workers are so incompetent and/or lazy, they're maybe able to get clients one interview per year. They go through contractors so rapidly, turnover is high with no advancement possibilities. As I mentioned already, they abuse US government contracts and grants. There's no point in giving them a 6 month outlook rating - they're just going to continue to steal from the federal government.
