Pros
This company is a great family owned business to work for. I love not being just a number, like at a larger corporate company. There is a personal feel here and the owners and management want to see you succeed in and outside of work. Management is always willing to help and teach fundamentals and processes. You can definitely learn something new everyday. I would recommend working for the Rasmussen's to anyone. This is a great place to be.
Cons
I can't really think of any cons. The benefits are great. I know my expectations and goals for my role here and work hard to achieve them.
