Pros

None this was the worst company I have ever worked for. Run the other way!!!!!

0 support. Unprofessional. Tons of gossip. Upper management is all friends and family so they do not do anything, and rely on low paid employees to do all their work. Fired employees because of race and gender. No opportunity for growth. Terrible culture. Do not respect others views. Uneducated upper level management. Underpaid for anyone who is not friends with the board. Terrible work life balance. Lost accounts due to location management turn over every year.

Pros

They set you up to succeed. If you work hard and learn you can do quite well at this company. Rasmussen Mechanical keeps growing but retains that small company feel. The teamwork is great and most people are more than willing to help out. Exceptional Benefits.
