I worked for a satellite branch outside of the main headquarters. The site that I worked at had many opportunities for the indicial to grow and expand their skill set. the environment was supportive and understanding of both the professional and personal growth of the employee, However, there was a stark contrast between the satellite branch and the home office.

The firm was unfortunately hindered by poor communication and did not invest in their employees. As previously states within the Pros Category above, the structure and environment lead to high turnover rates and poor management. This created barriers for progression. The lack of employee reviews, pay rate increases, bonus were all promised but never honored. Sadly, the firm had great potential but was never managed appropriately; which is why the site and others were closed and valuable employees were laid off.
