Beers are free  Free toast & cereal  Some very talented and inspiring people

Cons

- Well established finger-pointing culture  - Your voice won't be heard, unless you're as famous as Gandhi - Tell you to do one thing, and blame you at the end for doing it  - Good track records on sacking people if they are not only doing as they told  - Hire experts but disrespect them and their expertise  - Micromanage every little thing  - C-suite doesn't have trust in their teams, at all. And some doesn't even show respect to the people that working hard.

Pros

Remote work, product that sells and works, amazing trainings, lots of knowledge of industry. My team was awesome and laidback. We all had a common goal, and try to accomplish it. Lots of data to make cold calls, weekly product updates. Great data that made process smoother to target an audience. Inbound leads. The brains in the operation to make product competitive were something else! The product features could really help Realtors who are using the program.

Cons

No support if the main call tool the dialer appeared as spam. Reduction of costs and personnel, lots of change. Competing against platform for people upgrading directly from website.
