Pros

Raymour & Flanigan has one of the better pay structures in the furniture industry. It is possible to make a livable wage if one makes an effort.

Cons

The feeling has changed in the past few years. Where once it was a place for work in a team environment it is now haunted with fear. When once valued employees are forced out in humiliating ways it does little to foster any kind of company pride. ( I'm speaking about things such as frequent demotions of management staff once they have been used up. How can a company function effectively when no one feels safe or valued ?)
