Performance Validation: This company is fantastic. Our performance is evaluated twice a year, and annual hikes are based on these evaluations, which is excellent. Compensation and Recognition: The compensation for overtime is very good. If you perform well, you can be recognized quickly and even promoted without waiting years. If a position opens up and you have the necessary skills and knowledge, you can complete the required courses and assessments to be promoted. Growth Opportunities: There are many opportunities here, and the company is expanding rapidly across several locations, which means even more opportunities in the future.

Cons

Work-from-Office Requirement: We are required to work from the office all the time, with no option for remote work. Cab Charges: The cab service is chargeable, except for female employees between 8 PM to 6 AM IST. Otherwise, it's 2500 INR one way and 5000 INR both ways, which is not ideal.

- My manager was great - Lots of opportunity for growth due to smaller US team - Well known and respected company in the marketplace - SDU teams are great - Everyone generally positive and willing to help

Cons

- Barriers to closing sales (legal/contracts and proposals take weeks or more) - Onboarding is messy - Lots of turnover - Very unrealistic quota - Limited training on products - Frequent very early morning and very late night calls due to global team time difference - Commission caps on large deals - Geopolitical stuff limits China office use - AI/Insuretechs are changing the industry - You really need experience at an insurance agency as a producer or account manager to be successful
