(Only have experienced the US virtial based positions or NYC office, not Lincoln IX Center and this does not include the foreign offices in China or India)Growing company with associated growing pains in addition to quite a bit of turnover on the US side. Company wide meetings are 2x a year and are run very poorly and unorganized. Little to no opportunity for advancement. I think I only saw 1 promotion anywhere in the company (US side, and not including Lincoln). Some leaders are better at relationships than others. My boss never learned the names of my spouse, children. Always smalltalk, no substance. Training is almost non existant or rushed for some roles so know that going in. Not sure they use (or know how to use) the tools they will have you go through in terms of development/personality profiles. Travel expectations are high and show little regard to timing and how that affects your personal life so be ok with frequent travel if the role requires it. From a culture standpoint employees are friendly and cordial but there's no depth unless they have known you for years. For a small company (again US side) it feels like a very large company. This is really hard to get over because the employees are mostly remote workers.
