Layoffs to “fix” flawed development process
RealPage has many talented people working for the company. However, it was recently made abundantly clear that they value profit over people when senior management clearly states that this years layoffs are due to not meeting shareholder expectations. The company over hires instead and throws money and head count rather than solutions at a problem then proceeds to make cuts when they can’t meet shareholder profit expectations. The company has 80 or more products, most of which are redundant and poorly executed.
