Once employees were told On-Site were going public and being purchased by RealPage, we were sweet talked that nothing would change right away but a bunch changed. Nicole was on maternity leave, and one supervisor seemto jump ship quickly, even though it seems like they were going to be tossed anyways so new management could better control what was happening. I saw and heard the plotting of employees to get the one helpful one, the one that gave at least 4 years, as long as i was there, her time and dedication to her team and others, fired. No one seemed to notice her tired because she stayed late to try to catchup on work not getting completed, because people were dropping like flies and RealPage seemed to make it difficult for hiring. No one noticed she was the one taking the client calls who were angry that we were no longer performing like we had worked so hard before. Just seemed like her work got unnoticed and so was ours.
