I have never seen like this worst company at all. Why they will hire and why they fire. For firing people first they will do preplanning then they will target step by step to fire the candidate with out any HR meetings and when HR and directors are not available at that time the employee will fired. At the time of joining this organisation I hold two offers but by seeing reviews I joined here. Successfully I have wasted my time by working here. Everyone Knows this is just because of one manager ,when questioned directly asked us to leave organization by showing my performance. Here promotions are purely based on how we make rapport with managers but not on performance metrics.We fail to understand even HR also do not have any clarity on promotions and favourism. No one taking action against her,so many employees are concerned with this major problem. There is no job security, no employment satisfaction. So many spyes are in this team and each and every information will go to managers what is happening in team, if we raise our questions she will target that particular person by removing the quality unnecessarily and the people moving in to PIP and at last they will start firing employees. PIP plan which is implemented is worst, and the people who are full time employees also got fired just because of performance, and they are not giving opportunity to move to other teams so that we can give better performance instead of moving the out of the organisation. And there are many people who are working without any quality and production even without process knowledge but they are in safe zone , don’t know on what basis they have given us this great opportunity and spoiling our careers .If you can take out the overall data no person is eligible to work in the process. With many commitments we are here but there was no value for employees in this company. I will suggest everyone not to join this organisation please save your time by not joining this organisation. Without process knowledge 2 people got promoted Why they got promoted they only don't know. First an for most thing if the people are related to either Christianity/Tamilian's (minorities) those people only will get the benefits in all directions ( Rating ,positions and hikes). If we want to survive in the team for job need we have to be like a slave to her and nodding our heads in-front of her what ever she says. From so many years people are taking the issues and concerns to the higher management,even higher management are also worst “what ever we will discuss in the meeting in the next min it will be revealed to her , and the person who ever speaks in the meeting he/she will be kept in her mind and will be torchered in all the way There is no use of discussing issue with that HR team , past we have discussed with the HR director she used to listen what people’s concerns and she tried to make the changes but present management is not approachable and all the benefits also they removed by the present management. Week off should be Saturday and Sunday because has we working for corporate not for the domestic .Quality Parameters are also not good and there is no useful to work.Give security to the people . Instead of firing and hiring unnecessarily from the organisation. Respective Director sir instead of promoting our organization in social media just make a change in BPM Employees life for employees satisfaction to balance the work and personal life. If employee satisfaction is there Automatically company reputation will increase. They are hiring bulk people with out proper intimation they are removing the people unnecessarily. I didn't notice any favourable changes happening from the employees perspective. “This is not enough about her this is just a part most of the people suffering and suffered including myself "

Pros

Good engineering tooling. Talented engineers and teammates. Flexible remote work.

I ran one of RealPage's larger engineering product teams for three years, hiring and developing more than half of the engineering managers and engineers on my organization. I believed I was building something that mattered. Instead of promoting the person already doing the work, leadership hired a lateral engineering manager alongside me. Over time, responsibility stayed with me while authority and support shifted elsewhere. I became the person expected to absorb every problem. My first manager used me to fill every gap instead of developing me. I was expected to handle support, incident response, production releases, coding, architecture, project management, and people management—all at the same time. My second manager sidelined me, criticized me, and focused on replacing me instead of developing me. I was once told I was "lucky to be useful, or I wouldn't still be here." That statement summed up the culture. Leadership expected constant availability while frequently being unavailable themselves. When leadership was out, I was expected to cover. I spent over a year supporting both U.S. and India time zones, making true time off nearly impossible. RealPage has incredibly talented people, but talented employees cannot overcome a culture where managers are consumed instead of developed. I loved building teams. I just wish the company had valued the people who built them.
