Work from home is about it nowadays. Before the culture was great, it has been a slippery slop recently.
Cons
Upper Mgmt needs to see what really goes on in this department. The morale is at an all time low, especially after our previous manager left. I wouldn't be surprised if he left due to the toxic environment. He was our buffer from our Director and team leaders. He showed he cared and always took the time to listen to us regardless of how busy he was. Many times, we would have to bypass our direct leaders for him. The new manager is just like our Director, only task/numbers orientated. They do not have any people skills. We get belittled in front of our peers in group meetings by them, the next day they act like nothing happened and want to befriend us. Culturally, this company is not what it use to be. It all starts with management and getting the right individuals in this role. Politics rule this office, a lot of favoritism. Lets not even get started on the repetitive issues we face on the regular with our software problems. Our systems are always failing in one way or another. No more engagement survey. I believe this is because of the low results they will receive.
