Cellular discounts Random on-site company+family events and sweet treats once a month or so They would provide meals for those having to work on holidays. Easy job. Answer phones, collect resident information, document maintenance issue, probe to find exact issue, save request, the call ends. Extra $1/hr on Sat and Sun If you get a good team lead they're very helpful.
Cons
Required to work one weekend day but got an extra $1/hr. (That wasn't a con to me but others may disagree). The job itself can be mentally stressful. I worked both marketing and maintenance and each came with their separate frustrations. The residents can be tough to handle. I would only recommend this job if you have high patience and are not easily affected by hostile callers.
