Benefits are great and even with increases costs RCU has absorbed those costs and make sure team members do not get hit with those costs.
Reviews are 2 times a year which gives employees a chance for bonuses twice a year. (And raises twice a year for hourly employees)

Sometimes takes a long time to make a decision on hiring
We are too big for the approval process in place today. Need to build a structure where not every promotion or movement of staff needs CEO approval.
Lower pay than private sector but also a pro because we give back so much to our community.
