Cult-like culture in the organization
All or nothing mentality-
management does not want you to have a life outside of work and does not respect work life balance.
Unobtainable goals set and constant micro managing of staff by supervisors.
Virtually zero training- hands on- no training manuals or standards
Highly toxic environment, employees unhappy and poorly compensated for their contributions and time given to the company.
Mentality is quickly turning into a corporate giant bank-
CEO and related VP’s trash talk other smaller local banks in the area.
Thinks they are the “best” and so concerned with winning 1st in everything at the expense of the happiness of their employees.
It’s great to be first, but make sure your employees are enjoying their time and doing okay. Many are concerned and stressed about losing their jobs monthly due to the unrealistic expectations.
Lots of favoritism. If management decides they don’t like you, good luck.
