Pros
Some great people. Plenty of overtime. Nice Christmas bonuses.
Cons
Minimum 50 hours most weeks leaves little work-life balance. Pay is terrible, expect to make less than a Chipolte worker while doing skilled labor. Forced vacations until you have enough time in to take additional time when you want. Seemingly constant changes to PTO polices that are never in your favor. Heavy guilt-tripping if you call in sick, want a personal day, or try and opt out of overtime. Very high-stress environment. Management often talks to the employees like children, you can expect to be yelled at and told that you are worthless.
