Pros
Faith based company. Cafe on property. Lots of positions to move to and improve your knowledge. You could leave there with a trade! Or your own company. You can move up in the company. But it's more like lateral moves. The company (CAN) be very flexible to employee who go through hard times... Health , accident, family and so forth.
Cons
Fight for your pay upfront. Pay increases are very weak! Lack of accountability! The benefits of the company like bonuses is a thing of the past. Even 20 yrs employees are starting to get Keep track of what you do so it will help you get a raise! Sometimes they allow employees to get away with murder (example only). They sometimes move problem child employees from department to department.
